- Prices listed during specials or sales are applicable only to the treatments specified.
- Existing reservations cannot be modified to reflect promotional or discount prices. Only new reservations made during the promotional/sale period may qualify.
- All sales and promotions are time-limited and subject to availability.
- U Skin Clinic reserves the right to terminate any promotion or sale without prior notice.
- U Skin Clinic may decline treatment for the client if deemed inappropriate by the treating team member/members.
- Full payment is due on the day of the procedure, unless clearly documented by treating team member and sign off by owner.
- Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellation of a pre-paid appointment requires 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, the treatment is forfeited with a $50 late cancellation/non-attendance fee.
- Pre-paid treatments expire two years after the initial purchase.
- Unused packages or treatment series may be subject to an administration fee and charged at full price for used sessions.
- In-store gift cards are only redeemable at U Skin Clinic locations.
- Unused amounts are credited to the recipient’s account with no cash change provided.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Clients are sent a reminder via text to 48 hours in advance prior to appointment. If the appointment no longer suits the client, they need to contact U Skin Clinic within 24 hours of their appointment time, to change the appointment or the client will lose their $50 deposit fee.
- U Skin Clinic Medical Specialist may request photo identification before treatment, refusal may result in cancellation and subject to terms.
- New clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes early to complete necessary forms.
- A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance will incur a fee or forfeiture of the booking deposit.
- No refunds are granted for change of mind or personal circumstances, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Refunds, if applicable, may be subject to an administration fee.
- Free express shipping is available on Australian domestic orders over $250; orders under $250 incur a $10 shipping fee.
